Yummy Yummy

Today i would like to show you something that was put together really fast, and a first at Pretty Pressings :-) a recipe! Tilda was already colored ( you can see the green colors in the coloring were supposed to match the DP i had planned to use her for) and cut out. A friend did a favor for me – she took my boys since i had trouble with the car. So, to give her a little something when she brought the kids back i have made those muffins.
To decorate one of the little bags, I stamped the Magnolia “loveletter” (Valentines or Love Collection) with brown Memento onto a cut out Oval shape from Neenah White paper (left the Nestabilitie on) added Tilda with pop up dots to the oval and decorated the tag with some Prima roses around the top. Well.. maybe a bit of a waste with the pearl stickers but i just loved the look of it.
So are you ready for my first posted recipe???Adults did like this muffin - for my 3 and 6 year olds they were not sweet enough - they like lots and lots of icing :-) The muffins are made in about 20 –25 minutes
Good Morning Muffins
2 cups flower
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, melted

1/4 cup sour cream
1 egg med
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
top
3 tablespoons flower
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons chopped nuts
1/2 ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons cold butter in a large bowl,
combine first 4 ingredients in an other bowl combine rest and mix stir into the dry ingredients just until moistened Fill muffin cups 2 thirds full for topping combine everything until crumbely. sprinkle over batter backe at 400 for 16-20 minutes until done cool for 5 min. before removing from pans yield 16 enjoy

Make It Campbells Instead

In my recent Magnolia kit i have received most of the goodies you can see on the card. I have stamped cute little 60's Tilda onto my favorite Neenah Classic Ultra white paper with Memento ink. The coloring was done very fast, that’s why i have added some extra interest with Shimmerz paints in Gold glimmer and Pixie Dust. I 'cleaned" my brush off around the Kraft CS so it just randomly glimmers too.
Stamps: Magnolia "Yummy For Your Tummy" Tilda and "Made with Love", Stampin up Yummy (retired)
Papers: Magnolia, Sweden

Witchy Greetings

Add Image The papers are the new Magnolia papers and have been sent to all the DT’s – there should be plenty of inspiration for those cute stamps and papers be on the blogs. I have created those big scallops with my Stampin up 1 3/8 circle punch but before i have punched it out i ran the black paper once though the Swiss dot embossing folder. I have gotten many wonderful flowers in my DTkit but as usually :-) i kind of like it simple so i just spritzed the entire card with Shimmerz “Babies Breath” and the black flower got a separate treatment on a piece of scrap paper and i tucked it under the big bow.
Stamps: Tilda with broom and sentiment (Spooky 2009 Collection) Papers: Magnolia and Stampin up (Basic Black), Neenah Ultra White Ink: Copics, Memento Black Embellishments: Making memories (black brads) Shimmerz Spritz babies breath, Offray (gingham ribbon),

Inge and Claudia Challenge - Groulish Treats

Hello and a wonderful start into the new week. My project was made for a challenge my wonderful friend Inge came up. She had the idea to make a box. Please, check out her cute Magnolia box sample!!!! The template included a little lid, but i left that one out and just created a little handle with my Martha Stewart web punch, so i was able to fill the box with some items, that i want to give to a friend.
The orange flower i have painted with Shimmerz “Pumpkin Pie” for extra bling. For the lollipop and the candy in the bottle i have used Stampin up’s stamp set “Happy Boo To You” since i needed Halloween text stamps.

this flower has a treatment of Shimmerz spritz Licorice :-) love that look and the spider is crawling up on a silver string. I have tried to place both spiders so they would cover some parts of the lined up papers
Stamps: Magnolia “Spooky Collection”, Stampin up (Happy Boo To You)
Papers: last years Halloween papers from Making Memories
Embellishments: Offray(ribbon), Robins Nest, Stickles

Copic Gift Idea

Hello and a wonderful Monday. Today i would love to show you a quick gift idea for Christmas. I stamped on the clear Acetate box (got that box from my local store who carries Copic Markers) several of the Magnolia snowflakes with white Stazon.
To the big squiggely Snowflake i have added into the center a rhinestone for sparkle. The focal point image is kind of like a "ornament". I have fold my CS and than cut with my scalloped Nestabilitie a little overlapping, this way the Old Olive layer can be opened and the personal note can be written on the inside.

Stamps: Magnolia Tilda (Christmas 2009 Collection), Squiggely Snowflake Winter 2008 Collection, small snowflakes 2007 (i believe)
Box: Original Copic Marker box
Papers: Bo Bunny, Stampin up
Embellishments: Snowflakes, Offray white Ribbon, Stampin up (olive ribbon, Hemp), Making Memories (red button)
Tools: Oval Nestabilities

Hugs and Kisses

To find a paper that worked nicely with the tin, was not very easy. Luckily i have found this old Heidi Grace paper in my stash. I don't really know why i was buying it at the time.. i guess cause it sparkled so pretty silver?! The pattern is totally useless for cards :-( after i had cut the papers to size the circle sentiments were not to read at all. i have used several sizes of my Nest abilities on the paper and cut with a e-xacto knife randomly circles out and layered an other piece of DP paper underneath to create some sort of layout. After that i added sewing and the embellishments - layout copied off the tin.
Sentiment: "Hugs and Kisses" by Amuse Art stamps
Paper: Stampin up (Pixie Pink, Real Red), Heidi Grace (Archivers)
Embellishments: Shimmerz Spritz (Babies Breath), Shimmerz paints: bubble gum and Ho Ho Silver, Stampin up (ribbons), Making Memories (buttons, safety pin, red brads and foil - Michaels), chipboard cown (Panduro Hobby)
Tools: Stampin up (star punch, various circle punches and word window punch)
Copic Sketch: c2, w6, c3, r81, r85, r39, w5, c5, e000, r000, e50, c9, c7, r83, e31, c06, y21, r20, e11, e00, w7, w2

You're My Prince Charming

What a big leap from Winter to a Valentines themed project lol. Well... i had started this already a while ago and never quite finished it. Tomorrows challenge made me just work on it again and finish it up. I have bought this candy box this year for my husband at Target around Valentines. It featured a big frog in the center, which i have covered up with a sheet of Making Memories silver foil and Tilda and Edwin. Some text about the chocolates is hidden behind the flower to the right. To tie the silver and hot pinks of my tin into my work i have painted the pink ribbon with Shimmerz "Bubble Gum" and the flower centers with "Ho-Ho Silver" paint.
I would love to show you the inside of the tin. Mine is intended to give to a paper crafting friend that's why, i have not removed the plastic insert, where the chocolates were. I used those to hold felt flowers, beads and buttons. In the biggest section i have added some "special" flowers which i have spritzed with Shimmerz Babies breath and Licorice.

Stamps: Tilda and Edwin kissing from the "New Years Collection" 2008, Sentiment: "Charming" computer generated
Embellishments: Shimmerz Spritz (Babies Breath and Licorice), Shimmerz paints: bubble gum and Ho Ho Silver, Stampin up (ribbons), Making Memories (buttons, safety pin and foil - Michaels)
Tools: Stampin up (star punch and word window punch)
Copic Sketch: c2, w6, c3, r81, r85, r39, w5, c5, e000, r000, e50, c9, c7, r83, e31, c06, y21, r20, e11, e00, w7, w2
